Landscape Restructured at WMU

Exhibition, 2018

The exhibition “Landscape Restructured” showcased the work created during my sabbatical leave in 2017-18. The exhibited pieces explored the often-unseen side of China’s rapid industrialization and cultural changes, with an emphasis on the country's air pollution issues. This exhibition also expressed a critical vision regarding the effects of modern consumerism and globalization, including how these phenomena are changing the way Chinese people live.
